TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between You and the Single Option™. By using the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web site, joining its mailing list(s) or participating in The Single Option events, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not use the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web site, join its mailings list(s) nor participate in The Single Option events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by The Single Option. It is recommended that you check the updates to be aware of such changes if and when they occur.

As part of your registration, you must confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Use and follow the instructions for Registration. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com web site and participation in all The Single Option events.

You must be at least twenty one years old to register for The Single Option events and use this web site. Participation in The Single Option events and use of this web site is void where prohibited. You must be at least eighteen to receive information on dating through this web site or emailing list.
By using this web site and/or participating in The Single Option events, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any of The Single Option events. You may terminate your participation at a spin dating event by sending a written notice at least 10 full days before the event. In such case only your spin fee, less $10, is refundable. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the date of the event you booked, there is no refund but you can be re-booked for a different date, as long as your cancellation was made at least three full days before the date of the event you booked. There is no refund or exchange for cancellations made less than three full days prior to the event date or for non-shows. Your one time registration fee is non-refundable. In the case where an event is being rescheduled for another date, your booking will be transfered to the new date without extra charges. If you cannot make it for the new date your payment will be refunded within two months of the date of your payment. The Single Option may terminate your access to the web site and your participation in any of The Single Option events if you have breached the Agreement, by notifying you at the email address you have provided. If your rights are so terminated you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to The Single Option.

Through your registration, you acknowledge all the information you provide to The Single Option and or to CanadianSingles.com and TheSingleOption.com is true and accurate.

USE OF THIS WEB SITE:
